| From the moment I emailed this website, I never had any question go unanswered. An instantaneous return phone call was my first positive experience. An appointment was made to view properties immediately and in my case, happened to be on the eve of a major holiday. No time was spared, every detail was covered and all of the properties shown to me were exact to my specificatins. On my first appointment, I found the property I was looking for! From the offer letter thru the closing constant communication was top priority. Via emails, phone calls and faxes, I never felt that I was disconnected from my home buying process. I had provious experiences with at least four other realtors, some of whom never returned my initial phone call! From my experience, already being three hours away from the location I was buying and in having to do most of my research thru email or phone, every detail was taken care of flawlessly. In one short visit to the area, eight prperties were shown to me, plus a short tour of the neighborhood and I felt confident to make an offer on one fo the properties shown to me immediately!
